The Zambian border (Livingstone) is only 5 km from Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and the Chobe Game Reserve in Botswana is about 100 km away.
A free shuttle service transports guests to Victoria Falls and the town centre on an hourly basis throughout the day.

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge offers conference facilities with a capacity of 20 to 200 guests. The conference room is 70 m from the lodge and has its own bar. There is an open-air amphitheatre adjacent to the conference centre that seats 200 guests and has equipment such as overhead projector, data projector, TV, VCR, flipcharts, whiteboards and fixed screens.
The rooms' front walls have wooden concertina shutters and glass doors that unfold onto a private balcony that overlooks the Zambezi National Park. Natural fabrics and decor with an African theme are used throughout.

- guests need to pay 20% deposit to confirm bookings
- cancellations more than 30 days before travel result in loss of deposit
- cancellations within 30 days of travel are charged 25% cancellation fee
- cancellations within seven days of travel are charged 50% cancellation fee
- cancellations within 24 hours of travel and no-shows are charged 100% cancellation fee.
