- full payment is to be made 31 days before arrival
- cancellation made 16 - 30 days prior to arrival incur 75% cancellation fees.
- cancellation made 0 - 15 days prior to arrival incur 100% cancellation fee
Major credit card companies have currently terminated credit card payments in Zimbabwe. As a result, guests are advised to carry cash.
