At the end of the day there is nothing more relaxing than taking a gentle cruise along the calm, tranquil waters of the upper Zambezi River. Sip on an ice cold drink and enjoy some tasty snacks as you cruise past pods of hippos, perhaps watch elephants drinking on the banks or swim across the river from island to island. Many species of birds can be spotted on the banks, as well as crocodiles basking in the last hours of sun before it dips below the horizon.  Sunsets on the Zambezi River are second to none, casting amber rays across the water and skyline, ensuring you end your visit to Africa with golden memories and a sunset cruise you will always remember.

Clients are collected from their hotel or lodge and taken by bus to the jetty site.

Clients will board the boat and be given a brief introduction and safety talk before embarking on the cruise which, lasts approximately 2 hours.

After the cruise, clients disembark and are transferred back to their hotels or lodges.

Local drinks are served, and are included in the cost of the cruise.

The cost of the cruise EXCLUDES a compulsory national park fee of USD 10 per adult and USD 5 per child.
