Lorrie has worked in the tourism industry for a long time. She loves meeting new people and is very active with community work in the Victoria Falls area. She used to run the Backpackers Bazaar, a place well-known by the budget travellers passing through Victoria Falls.

George, meanwhile, is the friendly manager. Both Lorrie and George will ensure the stay will be one to remember!

Active measures are taken to minimise waste as well as use of water and electricity in and around the bed and breakfast. The local area is cleaned and maintained by the staff. The accommodation also supports rural schools by purchasing for them computers and necessary equipment to ensure all local children have an equal opportunity to receive a good education. They also support the hospital with medicine.

A library at the lodge is stocked with history books and information about the region.
