The cancellation policy is charged as follows:
- guests need to pay 20% deposit to confirm bookings
- cancellations 0 - 14 days before travel : 100% payable
- cancellations 15 - 60 days before travel : 50% payable
- cancellations 60 -90 days before travel : loss of 20% deposit
